What happens when the conventional Insurance Market doesn’t have all the answers?
Global Risk Consulting - Captive Solutions
Introduction to the Stream
What happens when the conventional insurance marketplace is not the first choice of businesses requiring innovative solutions for large or complex risks? Could the business retain this risk and if so how much? Aon Global Risk Consulting (AGRC) provide a process to determine the strategy achieving the optimal balance between retaining and transferring risk within an organisation.
One such risk solution is a Captive Insurance company, integrated within the risk management culture of the organisation. A ‘Captive’ is an insurance company set up by its owners to insure its own specific risks. A tool in the funding and control of risk, a Captive can help an organisation optimise the performance of its risk portfolio. Many international companies have found that a Captive is the best means of creating and administering a global risk management programme.
A leader in the ‘Captive’ space, AGRC provide Captive Solutions from feasibility studies, business plans, formation & set–up, consulting, and claims management to Actuarial & Analytics.
